"EBIBOSHI", The latest in Japanese Eateries debuted here last month on the 28th along with a "Japanese Street " Restaurant Layout. Just like a few other restaurants who have adopted this similar concept, "Ebiboshi" has attracted 7 different authentic Japanese eateries such as Nagano's "Katsumiya", Hokkaido's "Menya Manpei" etc......
Within the whole restaurant space of about 10,000sq. ft, there are a total of 416 seats, with "Ancient Japanese Street" settings.
Besides its general open concept combined eateries, "Ebiboshi" features 2 independent restaurants: "Tora Shabu" - the first "Maid" themed restaurant, originating from Akihabara's Maid Cafe. The "Maids" not only serve as waitresses, they also join the customers in a series of games, and allow photo-taking for keepstakes/as souvenirs.
The other independent restaurant featured - "Tsubohachi" - houses Japan's largest in-house brewery/sake collection F&B organization. The restaurant branch @ Ebiboshi Japanese Street in Iluma also marks their first business venture outside of Japan.
